Not sure what to say?

O

I fondly remember Dr. Riordan's house calls when I was a child. I also clearly remember one time when he was giving me a shot. I didn't want the shot and told him that. He told me to close my eyes, count by 5's and then let me know when I was ready for the shot. After concentrating and counting for a while, I opened my eyes and told him that I would never be ready. He replied with his usual smile that he had already given me the shot. A clever man. I wish all the Riordan's peace at this sad...

May I please extend my deepest sympathy to the Riordan Family. Dr. Riordan was my paediatrician for my entire childhood, from his office on Pleasant Street at Newton Square to the Fallon Clinic. I recognised his picture here immediately. I well remember that he wore glasses and bow ties. As a child, I found him very reassuring, caring, patient and kind. My mother and father also thought most highly of Dr. Riordan. He set the bar high for my expectations of doctors and medicine that came after...

I am honored to have grown up next to the wonderful Riordan family. What a beautiful man your Dad was and what a full and wonderful life he had! My love to you all.

Dear Catherine and all the Riordons,
Deepest sympathy on the passing of your Dad. He was one of the greatest generation and a stalwart of Worcester & neighborly Newton. We won't see his like again. May he rest In peace and light.

Dr. Riordan was one of a kind.....Always there when you needed him.A great Pediatrician..So fortunate to have known him and my kids were so lucky too,

My sincere condolences to all of the Riordans. Such a kind and steady man, always calm amidst the storm of kids on Commodore and Coolidge roads. His devoted presence with Rosemary at Blessed Sacrament has been recently missed but won't be forgotten. May he rest in heavenly peace.
