Not sure what to say?

Dear Kathy, we are so very sorry to hear about John. We always enjoyed your and his company when we went out to dinner, your Christmas parties, etc. Although we haven't seen you in a few years we think of you often. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May God watch over you and help you get through this very difficult time. I just heard about it. We are sorry we couldn't be there to express our condolences.. Your friends always. Bonnie and Tom Bollard

Kathy,
I am so sorry for your loss. I told Anthony that John is now an Angel and he lives with God. We had a little talk about you and John. You and John are in my prayers.

Love you much,
Claire

So sorry for your loss. John interviewed me for my job as a Family & Consumer Science Teacher in the Middletown School system many years ago. He touched the lives of all his students and made a difference.

Kathy. You are right. We had two of the "good ones". My sincere sympathy during this time. I am here for you always. Love. Louise

Mr. Rippetoe was my mechanical drawing and metal shop teacher at Ocean Township High School. I guess what he taught me served well since I now an the drafting checker at the Prototype Integration Facility here at Aberdeen Proving Ground down here in Maryland. I always looked forward to his class everyday because you never knew what was going to happen! RIP Mr. Rippetoe.

I worked as a laborer for John's business JRA contracting for a little over two years. Within that brief period of time I found Rip to be in allot ways a second father. I had just finished college and was desperately searching for a job. Seemingly to no avail. John not only gave me work with the flexibility to go on interviews in short notice, he taught me carpentry, plumbing, electrical, a general understanding of construction. Sprinkled on this education were discussions on life, love,...

You were my Wood Shop teacher when OTHS opened and I never forgot you. Thank you for your help and guidance in those early years of my life. RIP Mr. Rip.
