John was a very empathetic and loveable man. He was always eager to help people. I know he must have been a wonderful grandfather he was so much fun.

For several years we met with John at church on Sunday mornings and he always chose the hymn "Teach me thy way O Lord" He absolutely loved that hymn and sang it with such feeling. John was always so fastidious in dress and looked as if he stepped out of a fashion magazine. We was a loyal friend to many. May precious memories of John bring you joy and peace

Every time I hear a Sinatra song I think of Johnny....EVERY time!! He brightened many of my days with that wink and grin of his and we spent numerous times singing "oldies" together. What a wonderful soul he was, is and will forever be...still making me smile! Thanks for the memories, Johnny!!

We were saddened to hear today of John's passing. He had a big heart and even bigger singing voice. I will never forget him singing "Dream" at a mutual friends' wedding- He told them it was his gift to them, and it certainly was. May all the happy memories remain long after this mournful time.

I Remember meeting John only a few times. It was always while visiting my cousins Toby, Sonny and Bobby. I remember him being a fun and outgoing person. I want to let you all know how sorry I am for your loss. I know the memories you have of John will stay with you throughout your lives.
