Not sure what to say?

Our condolences to the family. We didn't know the family other than brother Basset. He and John picked up at our terminal frequently for more than 20 years. No doubt John was the most pleasant driver to come in to Kinder Morgan Phila. terminal and a true gentleman. Sorry to hear.
