I made a call today to Lorraine and was shocked to hear of the death of Jiggs. Loraine and my father Cliff Heidman were cousins - it felt more like they were brother and sister. Through my growing up years, we visited back and forth many times. I spent 6 weeks with them and Lorraine's parents, Joe and Anne when I was thirteen . I stayed most of the visit with Jiggs and Lorraine as their daughter Patsy and I were not too far apart in age. It was a part of my life I will cherish always. Even...

I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Rollins several years ago and have remembered him and his wife and family fondly since that time. My thoughts and prayers are with you all today and in the days ahead.

I am one of the 16 grandchildren!!! He will be greatly missed! He was a wonderful person. I only wish for my children to have a "Papa" like him. I am not sure how my life will be without him but I know he will be watching over all of us. He once told me that he never imagined when he married my grandmother (Lorraine) that they would be the start of such a big and wonderful family! I love him very, very much and I know I will join him one day in the presence of the lord!
