He would use that smile to ease many stressful situations. Never complaining of his troubles, he would often use favorite words such as "wonderful","fabulous", "terrific", and "amazing" when conversing.
My employment with him was more of fondness and respect rather than an obligation.
Rest In Peace Mr.Rosch!

I'll miss his droll sense of humor and amazing smile, but most of all, I'll remember being an 8-year-old playing football in our backyard with Tom and his friends at 16. They used me to run the ball through the other team's legs. My brother was always a strategic genius! Youngest Sister Ann
