Not sure what to say?

My sincere condolences to the family. I went to East High with Tom and he always had time for everyone and of course, always his big smile.

Please accept our deepest sympathies to friends and family of the Rowley's. Tom will always be in our prayers and sorry to see of his passing. Tom always brightened our day whenever stopping in.

Rest in peace Mr. Rowley. You will always have a special place in my heart. You were such a good friend to my Dad (Dennis) and to my mother Kathy. We love you and God bless you and your family who you cherished so much. I will miss you.

I am sorry to hear of Tom's passing. He was always so cheerful every time I saw him. My thoughts are with the entire Rowley family.

I remember all our "conversations" while at RG&E - the world has lost a good one. RIP Tom. Semper Fi

Janice and I and our children all cherish our times with Tom and his family ever since we met at RGE. Tom was always there when called upon. We will miss you Tom, however Heaven welcomes you with open arms. Thanks for all the memories. Buddies in Christ forever,
Roger Mott SEMPER FI!

Although I haven't seen "Tom" in maybe 40 years I will always value his close friendship from the East High days and our old Clifford Avenue neighborhood. A few of our hangouts, Browncroft Garage, YMCA, Main st , downtown Rochester. A great friend and Buddy from the old days. May his memory be eternal.

Tom will always hold a special place in my heart; he was there for my sister Jaime and our whole family when our dad passed and has been one of her rocks ever since.

Tom was funny, smart and kind. He, and the rest of the Rowleys, welcomed us as extended family right from the beginning. I am so grateful to have known him. He was a gentleman and an example of what human beings should aspire to.

We are thinking of the family throughout this week and the many days to come. Thank you...

Dear Rowley Family,

On behalf of the RG&E Armed Forces Club, please accept our sincere condolences and the thanks of a grateful nation for Tom's service to his country.

He was a fine man, a hard worker and a good friend to all who knew him.

Sincerely,

Lee M. Loomis, Chaplain
