John was a great guy and will be missed by all the people he impacted for good. He was instrumental in bringing investor interest from all over the country into the Birmingham apartment market. Such a great encourager and had a wonderfully infectious laugh. I am so sad to hear about his passing.......But. I know where he is now and that is very comforting.....

I always enjoyed working with John on his real estate projects. He was always energetic, positive and honest. I can easily see how he was a great cheerleader in college.
His office projects in Riverchase and in Huntsville still look fantastic today. They have stood the test of time. John has left a fine legacy of built projects.
