Nancy and Gio: I am so deeply sorry to hear of John´s passing. While it´s been some time since we´ve been in touch, I thought of John often. Besides being an all-around great guy, John had great political instincts and insights. He told me on several occasions to quit worrying months before a presidential election whether my candidate would win. He then would accurately predict the outcome. We will really miss him.
