Ruud, John Adolph and Dale Delight John Adolph Ruud, 79, and Dale Delight Ruud, 71, passed away together in an unfortunate car accident on May 15, 2007 near Kingman, AZ. John was born to Thorf & Anita (Sten) Ruud on May 16, 1927 in Delano, MN. WWII and Korean War veteran, retiring from the Air Force. He was a member of the VFW, and was a 32nd Degree Mason. He enjoyed fishing, was a very friendly person, a great story teller and had a lot of friends. He was given an award for saving a life using CPR. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elaine Ruud and brother, Frank Ruud. Dale was born to Jack & Garnet (White) Kelber on January 16, 1936 in Queens, NY. She worked hard at everything she did. She liked knitting, sewing, computers, crafts, professional cake decorating and breeding pure bred Schnauzers. She had a very big heart and would go out of her way to help others. She is survived by her first husband, Richard Dingley Sr. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Dingley Jr.; brother, Wes Kelber and infant sister, Joy. John and Dale are survived by their loving family: sons, George Ruud and Donald Wheat, both of MN, Frank Ruud of AL and Boyd Ruud of MN; daughters, Lisa Ruud Shook of NV and Denise Spike of MN; 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, five nephews, one niece, and their loyal companion, Tristan.
