Mr. John T Sadowski

John T. Sadowski, 75 of Reading, PA. passed away peacefully Saturday June 23, 2018 at Reading Hospital with his youngest daughter Carlene by his side. John is survived by his mother Helen Sadowski, his three daughters and his grandchildren Michelle R. (Zane) Vanhook and thier son Zane. Helen M.(Michael) Hines and their children Michael and Renae and Carlene A. Braun and her children Jeremy & Britney. His three adopted sons, Gregory, Geoffrey & Christopher and his sister Barbara Pattock. He was predeceased by his father John Sadowski, his granddaughter Whitley Leigh Vanhook, and the mother of his daughters, first love and lifetime friend Lorraine Sadowski. John was employed as a Research & Development Engineer with ARCO chemicals Company from 1966 until his retirement in 1994. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed being outdoors. A special thank you to the people at Exeter Greens Care, in Reading PA, for their loving care. Also, the family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude towards Carmen Fritz for her continuous love, care and support throughout the years. John's youngest daughter Carlene, would like to personally thank the entire hospital staff at Reading Hospital 'R3 East" unit for their professional and compassionate care and hospitality which extended above and beyond during John's last days. Lastly, the family would also like to extend a heartfelt thank to Lisa Eroh, for the unconditional love and support provided to the entire family. Services are private at the convenience of the family and will be held at the discretion of his daughters.
