John passed away in August 2019. John was a 1952 graduate of Hazleton High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1963. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Annunciation Parish, Church of St. Gabriel, Hazleton. Interment with military honors will follow in the parish cemetery. Donations in memory of John can made to Restore His House Campaign at Annunciation Parish, 122 S. Wyoming St., Hazleton John Jack R. Salazer, of Hazleton, passed away peacefully late Saturday evening, surrounded by his loving family in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hazleton.
I'm so saddened about Jack's passing. Sorry I could not be there. Jack was a wonderful man. He was so happy and loving all the time. He helped Bobby cope with the pain of losing his dad. I loved Jack dearly and will pray and think of him forever. My deepest sympathy for the family.
