John H. Salisbury

I was for a time a very good friend of John's. We collaborated on some creative endeavors, and he was always reliable and provided the good humor that made it such a pleasure to create with him. He visited me once after I moved to California, and we had a great time. I'm so very sorry to hear of his passing, especially at such a late date.
