John Kolton Sallee

John Kolton Eugene Sallee, age 10 of Gravel Switch, died Friday, July 19, 2024, due to an accident. He was born January 27, 2014. He was to enter fourth grade at Glasscock Elementary School. He loved riding dirt bikes, farming, going to the stock yards and all things outdoors. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Jenna Rose Bartley.

Survivors include his parents, Virginia Sparrow and John Sallee; three siblings, Dylan Loveland of Springfield, Wyatt McElroy, at home, and his twin Jaxson Sallee, at home; several grandparents including Larry and Janet Sparrow of Springfield, Frank and Becky Bartley of Bardstown, Ron and Susie Lampkin of Willisburg, Charles and Brenda McElroy of Finley and Eva Sallee of Liberty; several aunts and uncles including Paula Sparrow of Springfield, Teresa Jutz of Bloomfield, Steve Jutz (April) of Lexington, James Sparrow of Louisville, Jessie Sparrow of Willisburg, Jessica Bartley of Louisville, Jennifer Bartley of Raywick, Jackie Bartley of Nicholasville, Amanda McElroy aka Antz of Finley, Joshua Sallee of Campbellsville and Heavenly Sallee of Campbellsville.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Bro. Jacob Anders will officiate. Interment will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery.

The visitation will be 3-8 pm Tuesday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.

Pallbearers are his brothers and Stacy Nally, Matthew Nally, Bella Sellers, Trey Dones & Becca Dones. Honorary Pallbearers are his entire 4th grade class.
