Augusta , GA . - Mr. John Michael Anthony Samuels entered into rest on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at University Hospital. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Clyde Hill Sr. officiating. Burial will be at Mt.Olive Memorial Garden. Survivors are his wife, Elizabeth A. Samuels; daughter, Miteka (Michael) Brinson, Jonkota Samuels; son, John M. Samuels, Jr.; siblings, Raymond (Cheryl) Samuel, Sandra Samuels, Janie (Herbert) Blount, Douglas (Angela) Samuels, Bobby (Lori) Evans; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
