John A. Sandberg

We moved to West Hartford in 1979. We were close by John and Carla and we became close friends. I was running a small business at the time and John was a big supporter of my enterprise when I was really struggling to survive in the early 80's. We eventually moved to a different location and sadly lost track of the Sandbergs. I just learned of his passing today. We remember both John and Carla with great affection.

The Fern will not blossom again without him.
His sharing was beyond comparing.

We didn't have many opportunities to be together, but I remember each one and how special it was to spend time together. Thanks John!

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with John at the Church of Christ in Newington. He was such a kind person and was a wealth of knowledge. I was always envious of the great trips he took around the world. We will truly miss him him but will always have him in our thoughts and prayers. Thanks John,
