Reverend John William Scheller IV

Father Scheller was a mam who would take a million GOOD adjectives to describe - my husband, Jimmy Lee Goodwin, considered John one of his best friends - when Jim & I became engaged & spent Thanksgiving in Oklahoma - Father Scheller was the first person he took me to meet - it was friendship at 1st sight - John is a Saint - Jim died of a heart attack in 2000 & I miss him - although I will miss John's Holiday cards & much more - I am most thankful that John & Jim can now continue their 36+-...

I cannot begin to describe what Father Sheller has meant to me and my Family. He may have served in the Army Air Corp but he was most assuredly a NAVY man at heart. Fr. pinned my Ensign boards on me at USNA in 1984 and followed my career at every step. No matter where we were stationed in the world Fr. managed to find us with his XMAS blessing. Words cannot express what Father Scheller has meant to the Streetman family. He has been part of our family for over 40 years. He has celebrated our lifes' joys and successes and has been our spiritual strength during our losses, trials and tribulations. It has always been our Mom, Dad, and Father Scheller. We celebrate his life and offer our condolences to his brother Joe, Mary Lou and the rest of the Scheller family.
