John M. Schliekelman

I only knew John (and Pat) a little from their visits to see Chris in DFW years ago. But I feel I knew him well through her. And since she is a person of integrity, wisdom, and the truest of friends, I am sure John was the same. The planet will be the poorer for his absence.

My condolences to all.

Early in my career, I sat next to John for many years. I learned a lot from him, and he kept the office loose. His eating habits were legend back then :) I've always carried fond memories of working with John.

John was one of the greatest guys I've ever worked with.

John was truly a fine gentleman. We had many memories with the Corps of Engineers while working there. He will be missed by many. I enjoyed visiting with him at his home in our retirement days. May the good Lord be with you in this time of need. Cheers

So saddened to hear of your loss. John has been and will always remain an important part of my youth and young adulthood. It was great to see him, as well as all the family, at Mark's wedding this summer. Our deepest sympathy to the entire Schliekelman family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
