John Schmidt

John was a good man. I attended St. Paul´s Catholic School on Fendall Avenue with John in the 1950s. He was older and bigger than most of his classmates and schoolmates. At recess he always reveled in taking on the entire school and would always come out on top. We always wondered what happened to him after he finished elementary school, but found him at Axelle´s, where he serviced us graciously for many years! My sympathy to the family of this gentleman whom I fondly remember.
