Not sure what to say?

John was a great friend and mentor. He did so much for the Pennsylvania Military Museum when I worked there. I always enjoyed visiting John at the PANG Museum. He will truly be missed. My sincerest condolences to the entire Schreffler family.

Betty (Klinger) and John at Lucknow cemetary Dec 2010

Cousin George just informed us about John. Losing Aunt Sarah this week came as a blow when George (Buffy) called an left a message on my home phone. The bigger shock came when he told me about John. What a tragic loss. My heart goes out to all my Shreffler kinfolk, first to George, and then to John's family. This is way to much for me to wrap my arms or my mind around. My God's arms wrap around you all during these weeks and months of healing and grief.

In the name of...

Dear Mary, Jonathan, George, Family & friends,

On April 30th, I learned of John's passing! It is with great sadness that I send my condolences.

Life is short. You have to cherish every moment. The world will be a lesser place without John.
