Not sure what to say?

John was more than a priest; he was a model of compassion and understanding. His legacy extends far beyond the pulpit, woven into the melodies of music he cherished and the immeasurable kindness he showed to all. His liberal spirit embraced diversity, and his heart welcomed everyone with open arms, irrespective of differences.

Father John's legacy lives on through the countless lives he touched, leaving behind so many memories where his kindness and consideration echoed in every...

God Blèss you.

Fr Schuele--its been a couple of week since we said our goodbyes---Thank you for giving us the opportunity for being with you here at St Anthonys --sharing our dining table--praying with us--watching the Chiefs games with us all those Sundays--sharing popcorn, cookies, ice water and a cold glass of Chardanay-win or lose!!!! Thanks for marrying us almost 28 years ago and remembering our reception at the Royals stadium with the lights on on the field -----and being a special Pastor at St...

Father Schuele married my wife and I and he officiated at other important family ceremonies. He was a good priest, friend, advisor, and person.

Father, when you came to St. Catherine's Parish, you brought the Parish alive. We enjoyed your music, energy, love of faith and work with the youth. Our kids loved you and your youthfulness. You were missed when you left us.
You were so kind to us when our son died. The eulogy was perfect. I was such a mess after Steve's death you helped me.
Most of all, thank you for being you! All our love, until we meet again.

My family knew Father John at St. Thomas More, which was a while ago. When I informed our three children he has died, they all expressed immediate good feelings of him. My wife has very good remembrance and he administered last rites to my mom. He has our hearts!

John was an amazing guy, and I have many happy memories of our four years as classmates at Conception Seminary. I had only seen John once after college graduation since he pursued his Priestly Vocation while I elected to go into Law Enforcement in California. Rest in Heavenly Peace my friend.

I knew Fr John at St. Paul Seminary. He had an upbeat personality and was a good friend. I remember sharing music with him and our inspiring visits. I wish God's peace and blessings on him.

Fr John was a gentle giant . We shared music, laughter, joy and spirituality together . He was a beneficial presence in my life.
