Uncle John found humor in even the mundane. He loved animals--especially those that were injured or discarded by other humans. Knowledgeable without being a know-it-all; always willing to help others without any return expectations. The world and its living occupants were lucky to have John Schultz for the last 72 years.

John and little Mildred
You didn't get to make it to our 50th Wedding Anniversary or your 73 birthday so I bought us a gift and it looks like Mildred except larger! About 6 feet tall! Everytime we look at it we will think of you!!!!!!!!
