I'm just seeing this today..9-20-2025 I knew John when he lived on Bluff Avenue Sheboygan we live below him and I used to visit with him after work every night and I also met his daughter this was back in the 80s was feeling a little nostalgic and was looking him up and found that he had passed away today wow my condolences to the family!

I remember the Schwinn's so well. We lived next store to each other on Melrose. Joan was so sweet and their dad was really funny. I remember after Joan passed away we moved to Monticello and John moved down the street. We all had a lot of fun.johns dad loved to cook.

John was a very good friend and fishing buddy . I remember the day I was able to talk him into going out to 300 to 400 feet of water on Lake Michigan he didn't like the idea but we did it and it paid off he caught the biggest lake trout he ever caught over 34" long he was like a little kid in a candy store. I will miss him so very much love buddy and rest in peace.
