Dear family and friends of John Sciano; I am so very sorry to hear that your beloved family member passed away on Christmas Eve last year. I was thinking about him today while I was at work. I was a member of the 'extended family' he had at ADP in Independence and had the pleasure of working for him for several years. A group of us from ADP usually gets together every year at Simon's in Brecksville right before Christmas but this year we did not due to the pandemic. I was missing everyone...

To Roz & Family, So sorry to hear this news. John was a mentor to me and many, many others at ADP. He had high expectations of all of us & we all wanted to exceed those to make him proud. He has left quite a legacy. What more can be asked for? Rest in peace.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Sciano family. Mr. Sciano was an amazing man with an amazing heart. Hugs and love to all.

Roz and family...Our deepest sympathies for this sad news. John was an exceptional leader, mentor, and friend. He was truly larger than life every time he walked into a room. His business presence and influence was legendary for all ADP associates, and we all learned from his ability to lead others. Perhaps most importantly he also taught us about celebrating success and sharing with the ones we love. He is our iconic leader.
