Not sure what to say?

Susan:
I was very sorry to hear that John had passed. When we last spoke I was impressed with how he approached his disease, as "just another thing to deal with".
I always enjoyed working with John over that last twenty years, and I know his humor and good nature will be missed by many.

My love and prayers to Susan, Katie and Boomer. Inasmuch as I hadn't seen John in many, many years, my memories of he and Susan together are of laughter and love. I won't pretend to know what you are going through my friend, but know you are in my thoughts and prayers as well as many others here in Woodland.

My sincerest sympathy to the Scott family. I never met John in person but spoke with him very frequently on the phone as he was my contact at Preferred Care. John was always professional and a strong advocate for the patients we served. In addition, our chats were friendly and fun. I truly thought of him as a friend. He loved to talk about his family and his travels. I will miss him.

MY SYMPATHY GOES TO SUSAN,JOHN (BOOMER) A CINDY SCHLAFFER NICK- NAME USED QUITE OFTEN, WHEN SHE BABYSAT YEARS AGO.,AND KATIE. I WORKED ON FAITH 5 EAST WHEN JOHN, JIM , AND KAREN WERE OUR SUPERVISORS. WE WORKED HARD, BUT SHARED ALOT OF LAUGHS. WE ADMIRED JOHN FOR HIS CALM -QUIET , RESPECTED WAY OF NURSING . THERE WAS ALWAYS A BASKETBALL CONVERSATION GOING ON, I KNOW JOHN MUST OF LOVED WATCHING THE CELTICS WIN THIS YEAR. I WISH YOU STRENGTH AND LOVE AT THIS TIME. BARB GENRICH

John was one of the first nurses to welcome me at MCH 19 years ago. His kindness, professionalism and wonderful sense of humor will always be remembered. We later worked together again and I had the opportunity to again, enjoy his friendship. He spoke often and lovingly of his family and I send my thoughts and prayers to all of them

It was my privelege to work with and know John for 5 years. I will remember John for all our chats. He was well versed on most any subject you would want to discuss. I will especially remember him for his love of animals. He fondly related all of his stories about his dogs and how he loved them very much. He spoke of Milo often. He impacted many people's lives in a positive way and will be missed. My condolences to his family during this sad time. Karen Bormann
