Not sure what to say?

We were high school classmates of John. Two of his dear friends, Carmy and Lyla, are now with John talking about old times together. We miss all of them. Bill and Anita Bullock

John Scott was an intelligent human being who knew all sports as well as anyone. He was a quiet person with a very competitive spirit. I loved him like a brother and the world will miss a great man.

My sympathy goes out to the Scott family.John was someone who touched my life as he was instrumental in my getting a teaching degree.I was also thrilled when John showed up at many H.S. baseball games that I coached. Thanks Coach !!

Lorraine and the Scott family, Bunny and I are thinking of you at this very difficult time. Scotty was a wonderful person and I had the honor of playing football with him at Catawba College during the 64/65 & 65/66 seasons, and I can attest firsthand to his outstanding quarterback skills. We reconnected after many years and have spent hours talking on the phone about our wonderful experiences at Catawba College. Lorraine, we certainly enjoyed the time we spent with you and Scotty at Myrtle...

All my thoughts and prayers go to the family and friends of a man who left one of the most positive impressions on my life. If I never said thank you, thank you. You will be missed in so many ways.

My condolences go out to Lorraine and the family. John was a good friend and teammate at Catawba back in the mid-60s. I know he will be missed by all. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the entire Scott family. I watched John play in HS and got to play with him 1yr at Catawba. what a great athlete and an even greater person. When I was inducted into the Gloucester Co HOF, imagine how shocked I was when I arrived and John was there at my table. That is the kind of person he was.

My condolences to his family and friends.
Rest in peace Mr Scott, I loved talking to you in gym class. You gave great advice.God Bless.

Lorraine, My thoughts are with you at this sad time. I didn't know John but I knew of him and what a nice man he was. It's been a long time but I still remember you and know you had a happy life with John and will have many, many memories to help you get through this. Sincerely, Barbara Johnson (Smith), Marlton
