Not sure what to say?

I think of you often, miss our friendship. Now so many are there with you in heaven. I love you. Come quickly Lord. We will meet again.

Beth and family,
Our thoughts & prayers are with you. (We worked together many years ago at Peninsula Orthopedic Associates.) We know Johnny will always be with you and your family.

Beth & sons,

I am so sad for you. I remember when you and Johnny began dating, married and had your first son, around the time my first was born. I've always heard what a sweet man he was, which is clear from the loving comments from friends and family. My heartfelt sympathy to you and yours, Beth. God bless.

Beth I don't know where I have been the last two weeks, but I just found out today about Johnny. I am stunned! I want you, Jay and James to know I am thinking and praying for all of you and I hope to see you soon. So very sorry I was not there to pay my respect to Johnny, he was a great guy!
God Bless.

As we matured we went to Ferguson High. We graduated in 1970 and after that we both attended Chowan College.

I moved to New York in the early seventies and I lost track of Johnny, but I...

Dear Beth,
We are so sorry we weren't able to attend Johnny's service, but you and your sons are very much in our thoughts and prayers. We cherish the memories of Johnny and his family here at Lake Gaston. He will be greatly missed in our lake community. Let us know if there is anything we can help you or your parents with.

Love, Ike & Margaret Vandeveer

Dear Beth,
I am visiting my parents (Ike & Margaret Vandeveer) at Lake Gaston this weekend and have just heard this terrible news. I have such good memories of knowing Johnny during our growing up years at the lake. We extend our heartfelt condolences.

Dear Beth, Jay And James, Sorry for your sudden loss of Johnny - he will be truely remembered by all who knew him. I knew Johnny from Ferguson High and had many wonderful times in his company. Your Friend, Mike Binder

Dear Beth, Jay & James:
We just got back into town tonight and heard the awful news. I am so very, very sorry for your loss. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
