always in my thoughts. He taught me so much and helped me more than words can express. i miss my boss and friend.

I miss him and his wisdom everyday. Dr. Scully was a great inspiration in my life. god blessed me with a friend for life. My love to his family.

My life today I owe to Dr scully 46 years ago I had no way or direction and sick As a result with his help became an Rn Just now found out in a dream I was told all the events of his death I woke up Google it and found his obituary I had lost contact but God works in misterious ways Thank you Dr John .

Dear Sharon and family. I am so very sorry to hear of Dr. Scully's passing. I have known him since he first started taking care of my dad in the early 60's, and then later my mother. He was loved and respected by all, and will long be remembered as a great doctor and a kind and caring man. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. I know your wonderful memories of your father will help you through this sad and difficult time.

Please accept my sincere condolences and prayers. Our paths crossed over many years from my Mom (Marguerite McMahon Ihnat) working as a young nurse at Gary Mercy Hospital with Dr. Scully when he was starting his medical career. Then it was my turn. I have Dr. Scully to thank for teaching me so much , including how to read an EKG, while working as a young nurse in CVU, ER, ICU and CCU in Gary and then in ICCU in Hobart. Rest JT, You were always an excellent t consultant for Nurses. You taught the first ccu class for the first Coronary Care unit in the area. You will be missed.
