John Seif

Dear members of the Seif-family, accidently I found this page yesterday. In the very first place I would like to offer my condolences to the entire family for the loss of Mr. John Seif. I have the honor to inform you, that currently I am writing -being a friend of one of the family members in the Netherlands- a breef history of the Dutch Seif-family, of which two members (Harmannes 1+ 2;, also known as Hermannes,Herman) emigrated from Zuidhorn/Veendam, Netherlands to Grand Rapids, in 1870...

To the Seif family, just found out about John. So sorry to hear this. Deepest sympathy goes out to you all. May God wrap his loving arms around you & comfort you in Jesus name.

We were so shocked to learn of Johns' passing in church this morning. We are deeply sorry for what you are going thru now, but thrilled for the life and legacy John leaves behind in each of his children and grand children! Joyce, we pray God will be exceptionally close as you learn this new path in the days to come.

My prayers have been with all of you as a family this past week.Mr. Seif's journey ended here on earth and now he is with the Lord! He was one of the first men my dad met when we moved on the farm. My dad would tell us all Mr.Seif's children were doing on the farm! May you remember the joys of his life and the many life principles he taught you.
