Bob, We were sorry to hear your dad's passing. Thoughts and prayers to you and all your family

I wanted to express my sympathy to Jungle, Bob and the entire Semple family,as I will be unable to attend the service Saturday. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Happy to know he will rest at the National Cemetery with my parents.

John will be greatly missed at the Marine Corps League #1138. He will never be forgotten.

uncle John was the was the blueprint of a perfect human being. he was a very humble person,a patriot a great father. He was one of the most unselfish and caring people I ever knew especially as a husband to my aunt Kate. I am very proud to have the honor of being his nephew God Bless you and Thank you.

John was a wonderful man. Many memories to share with his great grandchildren: Allison, Michael and Alex Gates. Who can ever forget someone that loved ice-cream for lunch? Taught the kids to throw the wrapping paper at each other after opening presents. May he rest in peace. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
