John "Kurt" Sensabaugh

John "Kurt" Sensabaugh, 46, of Stuarts Draft, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at his home. He was born on August 18, 1965, in Waynesboro, to Glenn L. Sensabaugh and Dorothy Roberts Sensabaugh. He was self-employed as a contractor and loved fishing, crafts, making jewelry and artwork. He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Kathy L. Sensabaugh; two daughters, Brittany and Lindsey Sensabaugh; one stepdaughter, Sabrina Sheets; parents, Glenn L. and Dorothy R. Sensabaugh; two brothers, Mark Sensabaugh and his wife, Beverley and Kavin Sensabaugh and his wife, Darlene; two brothers-in-law, Jerry and Scott Dickson; and a sister-in-law, Betty Robinson. In addition, he is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and loving friends. A private memorial service for family members will be held Sunday, April 1, 2012, at Blue Ridge Church of Christ in Fishersville conducted by Pastor Todd Brown. A celebration of his life gathering will be held for family and the public 7 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2012, at The Church on the Hill, 100 Foursquare Lane, Fishersville, VA 22939 lead by Pastor Brandon Williams. He will be missed by all but we have the peace that passeth all understanding through our Lord Jesus Christ. Joy comes in the morning and his joy came when he went home with Jesus.
