Another year of times´ onward march has passed, and I still miss the friendship and witness John shared with me those many years ago. I was instrumental in bringing him to Nichols Research in the 80´s, and glad I did. I am still trying to find contact info for Cookie, if any here can help. Ken Grimm

It has been 10 years since my friend John left this earth. I still miss him and his warm spirit and friendship. I have not heard from Cookie in years now, and I miss her as well. Any chance she reads this and lets me know her contact info, I would appreciate hearing

I too worked with John at Nichols Research in the early 90s. He was great to work with and a good man. John's family and friends will be in my families prayers tonight.

I worked under John over 10 years ago at Nichols Research. He was a kind and gentle man, yet still always the boss. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

John, you were among the kindest, gentlest people I have known, with professional integrity of the highest level. It was a pleasure working with you at Nichols Research and Computer Sciences, and sharing conversations about family and life. You were one of a kind and will be dearly missed.

If John were to have written a book he could have titled it "The Art of Living & Loving". I have seen John on many family occasions and I was always impressed with the fact that he seemed to really enjoy life and you could see the love he had for Cookie, and his family. He was truly one of God's finest creations. I know how hard it is to lose someone you love, but the memories will give you pause in your grief. John was a "best and nearly lifelong" friend...we met at my first real job at WPAFB, Ohio (1972), and not only did he take me under his wing as a young and inexperienced engineer, he showed me how to live, unafraid of expressing the faith that we shared. He was a great engineer and was adept at the "black art" of electromagnetic engineering--that means radio and radar systems design, analysis, and test! He got me interested in an even more inane area of electromagntic engineering, called...

He was such a wonderful man with such a wonderful and warm soul. I feel very privileged to have known him and wish the family well.
