Dear Susan,

Maria and I wish to express our sympathy to you and your family on the loss of your husband, John. We remember you and John as real good next door neighbors. May he rest in peace and God bless his memory.

Dear Sue,
My deepest sympathies on the loss of your beloved. Jack truly was a wonderful man and gentleman. He touched the lives of all he met in a very positive way. He will be missed.
Take comfort in the fact that he is now in heaven watching over us.

John and Sheila and Beth and Bob,

Really sorry to hear about your dad. Not sure how to get ahold of you directly. I would come in for the funeral but am out of the country Sat. unfortunately. John, thinking of you, man.

Andy

Susan and family:

It was such a privilege to know Jack. Our only regret is that we didn't meet both of you sooner. Jack was an exceptional person who certainly lived a full and exceptional life. He will be missed by everyone who ever knew him or came in contact with him. I pray that God will comfort you in the days ahead.

Our deepest simpathy to Susan and family. Jack hired me in 1984 and later my husband joined Spiegel in 1986. He was a wonderful mentor and it was a great time for the company under his leadership. We have great memories.

Susan,
My deepest sympathy. Jack was such an inspiration for all who had the privilege of working beside him.

Jack will truly be missed. He was the best boss, friend and mentor that I ever had. He gave me a career opportunity that I will never forget. I was blessed to have known him. Sue, my heart goes out to you and your family. Love, Kathy
