I was a student of Dr. Sheldon's at Oak Ridge High School in Electricity/Electronics. I enrolled in his electronics classes for all three years in high school and enjoyed his classes. I am saddened that our paths didn't cross after graduation in 1988. Sending condolences and prayers to the family.

Rest in Peace, dear friend John, I'll miss you.

Cindy, Carroll and I were saddened to hear the passing of John. We really enjoyed having him as our pastor at Central United Methodist Church. Our prayers are with you now and through the coming days. God bless your whole family. Love, Lucy and Carroll

Remember John well from his time at Baptist Hospital of East Tennessee participating in Clinical Pastoral Education. A smart, committed minister. Holding all who love John in my prayers.
