John William Shuck

As a young high schooler, I had the privilege of being John's "helper" working on the carriage house. I had no idea what I was doing...but learned a ton from him. So much so, that I took on remodeling projects on my own in my first house that I probably had no business doing...but having worked with him knew that somehow I would just figure it out. So sad, to hear he is already gone....

So sorry to hear of John's passing. We were schoolmates in high school. Class of 1965. RIP

I knew John as a kind, giving, friendly soul that had a warm spirit and an overwhelming willingness to help people in any way he could. He was a gentle giant who always knew the right thing to do in life.

Of course John was an excellent rider and wrench but it was his kindness and charitable nature that I admired the most. About 10 years ago, I had an upcoming motorcycle road race at Loudon, NH to participate in but, unfortunately my Saab was not cooperating this one weekend. Long...

To the family of John Shuck, my prayers are with you and I ask God to ease your loss. I went to high school with John and we graduated together from Southwestern High School in Hanover, IN, class of 1965. He will be missed by many of his classmates.
