Not sure what to say?

John was such a wonderful servant of the Lord, and wonderful teacher! He will be dearly missed. Carol, my heart breaks for you and all you have been through. May you know the Lord's comfort at this time. You will be in my prayers.

Shelia, I am so sorry for your loss of your father. I know you have said he had a great faith and love of God. I am sure he was there waiting to welcome John into Heaven. Now he will be able to watch of you guys like a guardian angel. Love you Aunt Shelia and Uncle Don.

I had the pleasure of working with John for several years and I admired him a great deal. He had many great qualities but the one I admired most was his ability to laugh at himself. I think we all need to be able to do that. God Bless you John. I know exactly where you are right now.

It was many years ago (early 90s?) but I remember well the Sunday school classes, the Chuck Missler tapes, the pot lucks and barbecues. Miss those days, but we will meet again at The Table!

John was my teacher and my friend. Through his faith and insight, he touched and enlightened more lives than I can imagine. I am very grateful for the time he took to share God's Word with me, to encourage me and to model a passion for Christ that changed lives.

Carol, My heart breaks for you at the loss of John. He was truly a wonderful man and I am so happy that God put him in your life when he did. His faith in the Lord always was apparent in everything he did or said. Praying God's comfort for you at this time.
