Not sure what to say?

I worked with John for many years at Siemens. He was, absolutely, one of my favorite people in a company with a LOT of great people. His attitude was always inspiring and we would regularly nerd out talking about computer stuff. Many years ago my wife and I had a large Luau in High Point, NC and he and Claudia came. He sent us the VHS tape he made and we still watch it. His voice is ingrained in that event as he narrated through a bunch of it. We are planning a Siemens reunion this year and...

My Father John was an Amazing Dad. I remember the times he would take us fishing and would even take the fish off the hook for me, because he knew I hated to touch them.

He took us to Langley AirForce Base to the Airshows and let us look at all the airplanes and even told us stories of when he was stationed at the base.

He was my science teacher in private school, and taught me so much about science, which was one of his favorite subjects. He made it fun for me as well...

JOHN AND I WORKED ON SEVERAL NIGHT SHIFTS AT GE AND WOULD CHOW DOWN ON THE LEFT OVER
CHICKEN LIVERS AND ONIONS FROM THE CAFETERIA. GOOD TIMES. I KNEW JOHN AS AN TALENTED HARD WORKING MAN DEDICATED TO HIS FAMILY. HE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL.
TOM GALLOWAY

Johnny was the best brother-in-law a guy could ever have.
He was always willing and able to repair plumbing or electrical problems in our home.
When my wife and I moved from one house to our newly purchased home, Johnny
came to help us move the furniture and packed boxes.
I remember the time John and I were trying to repair a plumbing problem at his mom's home.
There he was, crammed under the kitchen sink, trying to fix the water leak.
He had to cut the floor to...

There always seemed to be joy in Johns voice, an excitement that gave you a sense he was really glad to be in company with you, or who ever he was talking to. Even leaving a voice message and somehow on a email. I keep replaying his voice in my mind. They say as long as you remember some one they live for ever inside of your heart? I say if that is true how can they leave such a big empty place. I suppose its just love, you cant see them or hear them but love will remain, and love will bring...

With sincere sympathy, Kathy & W.R. Smith.

John, our brother, our friend, our protector and advisor.
John was always available to help his parents and siblings.
When he was a young man in the Air Force, the first gifts he gave to our mom was a new sewing machine and a radio for our dad. Our mother loved to sew and our dad enjoyed listening to the KDKA broadcast out of Pittsburgh.
John always cared for his parents. He was a wonderful son.
We remember the good times spent visiting John, Claudia, and their...

Dear Brother, I miss you so much. Rest well.

John was such a brilliant, kind, and gentle man who lived by example. He will be loved and missed always.
