Not sure what to say?

We did think about John on May 13th. We are reminded of him often. Bill met John at Systems, Science & Software Co many years ago. We partied there, we partied at John's house and at our house. Our best party times with John were in Idyllwild at the Hap-E-Inn and then later at his house in Idyllwild. John was always so great with our two daughters, Michelle & Jolie. We miss and loved you dearly great friend. Bill & Nancy Pickett

John was my husands buddy while in the Navy..It was John an Maida who met me at the LA airport, on way to Japan to be with husband. The trip across the states, with an 8 month little girl, just about got mfe down. They took her from my arms and saw to it that I got my Visa for further travel..I will never forget their friendship... I am sure John chose Purdue because, Duane, being a Hoosier, had all good things about Purdue.

DAUGHTER, BRENDA, JUST PASSED THE NEWS DOF JOHN PASSING...WE HAVE MANY. MANY MEMORIES OF JOHN AND MAIDA..NAVY TIMES BROUGHT JOHN SO CLOSE TO OUR FAMILY..A VERY GOOD FRIEND AND SO SORRY TO LEARN OF HIS PASSING. TEARS FALLING NOW.

I really enjoyed having John as a friend. We sure had lots of fun at Lake Almanor.

John was a very special man - smart, fun, supportive, personable and a true gentleman. My sincere condolences to his family. He was a remarkable man who will be missed!

Many good times together in San Diego and Idyllwild.

A great man. So saddened, John was like another father to me in my youth. I always looked up to him and admired him, I'm glad to have known John.

Hey John & Jean, I can only say that John was a very special guy, bright , handsome and most of all a good guy that I truly miss. We had such strenuously played racquet ball contests, I admired John's athletic agility for a big guy (too bad you usually won). And our afternoon discussions about R&D matters in your office. And our picnics on the bay with our "Old Guard" research associates. Lovely Jean was a good decision for your companion, a talented, attractive artist.
Rest...
