John and my husband Larry McAllister had many great times hunting in the Ochocos and traveling to Venzuela and Argentina bird hunting and fishing.We enjoyed many evenings at The Tollgate with John,then spending the night at his house before heading home.Great times and memories.Thougts and prayers to his family,,,,,,,Glenda McAllister

So sorry to hear of John's passing! I knew him as a child when our parents and his were trap shooting members in the 40's and 50's at the Portland Gun Club in Gresham, Oregon. We & other children of trap shooters, played a lot of softball 500.for hours while our parents trap shot. Also, we would meet at the National clay target championship held in Vandelia, Ohio.
