John Simpson

I am saddened to learn of this wonderful man's passing. I had the great pleasure of working with Dr. Jack while I was Executive Director of the Las Vegas Rescue Mission. Dr. Jack provided medical care to the men and women in our Addiction Recovery Program. With his faithful companion and wife, Edwina, they provided care with such warm compassion and love to those in need of medical care. Well done, thou good and faithful servant. Robert Brunner

I worked with Dr. Jack until March of 2020. He volunteered his services for many years donating his time and excellence. He was a man of faith and honor and he enjoyed giving back to his community. Thank you Dr. Jack for being such a great person, I will miss you.

To the Simpson family;
When I was a young man, Dr. Jack participated in physical exams of teens seeking summer employment in Bridgeport. He was so professional and courteous that it was clear that he was a man of honor, education and great faith. Though I have not seen him since then, I remember him fondly as a model (though I became an attorney, not a physician) and an inspiration. My deepest condolences to his family.

Dr Simpson hired me in January, 1970. I was still taking classes for medical office management. I had on-the-job training and enjoyed working for him until he left private practice to become the Medical Director at GE Corporate HQ in mid 1973. He was a very kind and dedicated man with a brilliant mind and a quick sense of humor. RIP. My sincerest condolences.
