At the age of 97, John was a retired mechanical engineer from the Board of Education. 


Reunited with his parents, Frances (nee Wojtulski) and Frank Sirotski, and his wife Joyce (nee Smetansky) Sirotski.


Devoted father of John (Angeline) Sirotski, Christine (Rodney) Johnson, Robert Sirotski, Kathy (Joe) Zangara and late Joanne Marcucci.


Proud grandfather of Jason, Adam, Marilyn, Sue, Kathy, Melissa, Jennifer, Betty, Rachel, Rodney, Andrew, Steven, John, Joe and late Anthony.


Beloved uncle of Patricia Jezewski.


John is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.


 Family present Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 4-7 PM at the PIETSZAK FUNERAL HOME, 2400 William St. (near Harlem), where services will be held Friday, September 12, at 9:15 AM and at St. Stanislaus Church, 123 Townsend Street, at 10 AM. 


Burial with military honors will follow at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Cheektowaga, New York.


John's memory will forever be treasured by all who knew him. His enduring spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us all. Though John is no longer with us, his light continues to shine through each of us whose life he touched. Please leave a message in the Guest Book or upload a photo to the Online Photo Album. We are so sorry for your loss. Wish we knew sooner, would have live to pay our respects. Kessler was a wonderful person. We have missed him at the ESI for years. Uncle Johnny lived a long life, and am thankful for the years and memories we had at great grandmas house . He is back together again with all the loved ones who have gone before us .I can only imagine the reunion. Thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sending our condolences .
