John K. "Scotty" Skarzynski

Wow another year goes by without my favorite Receiver #72 Scotty Skarzynski. As time passes it doesn’t lessen the sadness I still feel in my heart.
Back in the day it was Scotty Skippy and me DrewskiWe hung out together,Skip was older so he had a car so that’s how we got around . Skip Hansen would pick up Scotty first then drive over a block to pick me up on school day mornings and oh my the memories of the great times we shared I will cherish them in my heart forever.

Hearing the news of the passing of my favorite receiver Scotty Skarzynski saddens my heart. He was not only my favorite receiver but one of my best friends growing up in South River. We did so many things together growing up that it was a shame we didn't remain close and in touch with each other once Scotty headed to Penn St and me to Tulsa. However that is ok because I always kept in touch with him through others and was so proud but not surprised to hear of the career path he had chosen...

I remember Scotty as not on only an outstanding football player,,but a very nice guy. Condolences to Sandra and the entire family my prayers are with you.

May my stepfather,Scotty,rest in peace and may he be received in the Lord's ever loving arms; as his beloved mother watches on and welcomes him home. Ma, I love you. We are here for you to continue helping in anything you need. LOVE YOU, Your Son and "Daughter".

John was a great Uncle. He was always fun and remember playing golf with him and my Dad at Tamarac in East Brunswick NJ
