Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers - Smitty such a great guy!!!

"John-John" ( as us Eddy's called him ) was one of the kindest and truest friend I have been blessed with in this life. Growing up on Ulena Street in SW Philly, we had some great times from building Igloo's on the street when we were hit with snow in the winter, to playing "Kick the Can" & "Hide and Seek", getting Water Ice and Pretzels, Mister Softee ice cream and opening Fire Hydrants to cool off in the Summer months to Dancing in the Street when the Flyers won ( Thanks to neighbor Mr....

So sorry for your loss John was a great friend to me and my husband Ed we meet him at divines bar and became good friends I am going to miss him

I will forever remember that little blonde-haired boy who grew up to be a funny, kind hearted man who made everyone laugh with his quick wit. I am glad that John was part of my life and hope that he is at peace and with his Mom, who adored him. Thinking of all of you, Tommy, Carol Anne, F-Jay and Jeff. Love, Diane xo

Its so sad losing a SWPhilly friend. Hard to believe you are gone, you had a whole lot of friends who cared and will miss you!!! you sure did make the best food for us...I so enjoyed your kabesi and rice and burritos!!! Bight skies for you on the other side....xo Debbie

Our condolences to the Smith family. Smitty was a great guy. Prayers for you during this difficult time.
