Not sure what to say?

We were very saddened to hear of Jack’s passing. We will always think of him smiling, with his waxed, handlebar mustache and bare feet (his feet were like leather - we joked with him that if he could do his snow blowing in his driveway with bare feet, he would!). Jen, your parents were dear friends (and neighbors) to all of the Hennessy’s, and like another set of grandparents to Alton. Jack was always a fun guy to be around. He kept people laughing yet they knew He was always ready to help. He will be missed.

So sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers

I am so sorry to hear about Jacks passing, I worked with him at price chopper he was always so funny and always smiling. He will be missed dearly!❤

Sharon and Charlie, so very sorry to hear of the loss of Sharon's brother. Our deepest sympathy to you and the rest of his family. Charlie and Joanne Rush

So sad to read of Jack’s death. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. RIP

The Snyder family was a fixture in Canaan. Jack playing the calliope in the Old Home Days parade - shoeless, of course, handlebar mustache and big smile... that’s how I’ll remember him. His obituary captured him well. Bless you and your family Jen and John.

Jen,
so very sorry to hear of your dad's passing. The last time I saw him was when he was working at Price Chopper. I enjoyed his humor, always telling a joke and laughing. He made my day. Laughter, music and bare feet, that's Jack.
You did an amazing job with his obituary, captured him perfectly, and the picture is so Jack!! Much love and condolences on your loss. Keep the memories and smiles going forward.

Can’t imagine the parade without your Dad and his signature calliope. Hoping your memories and knowing your parents see reunited brings you peace.
