John Spathas

We never met in person, but communicated often on a joint investment. Such a kind man with faith. RIP

John and I were college friends. We were both in the education program at Portland State. After graduating from college, we went on a wonderful adventure. We drove from Portland to Mexico City with interesting stops along the way. When I married, John was my Best Man. To my memory, he was liked by everyone and I'm sure he will be greatly missed.

Uncle John was a very special person in my life....a passionate life long learner with a quick wit...at a very young age he gave me a thesaurus as a gift with a note to learn a new word each day....he raced me around the block, took me to play basketball, clamming at the beach....he was active in the church, family, education and business.
