Not sure what to say?

You were an adopted Cuz, and none better. I have such great memories of our service together. Groton, and New Orleans were great tours. Smooth sailing my friend with fair winds are following seas! Much love!

Jack will be missed!!!!! Served with him at RM school and more. Rest in Peace, Jack. I feel assured you are now with God. God be with Louise and Family. SALUTE and BRAVO ZULU and A M E N & AMEN!!!!

Saddened to learn of Jack's passing, we met and shared new memories monthly at the COAST GUARD FRIENDS & FAMILY in Pensacola, which included annually placing and retrieving wreaths on USCG graves at BARRANCAS NATIONAL CEMETARY ... by sponsoring them thru WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA.... now we have one more, so we will never forget the service, humor and ability of Jack SPRAGUE - - as long as we say his name, and a prayer... we'll probably smile == that's the kind of guy he was here on earth...

Mr Sprague was the Operations Officer aboard Dependable when I was the ship´s radar man. He was truly one of the good guys in every way. I had served on quite a few ships by that period, and knew a lot of officers, but met none better before working with Mr Sprague. Fair winds and following seas, sir, and a safe crossing of the bar!
