Betty, I just wanted to let you know how sorry I am to hear of Johns passing. It was a privledge to have taken care of him these years on B unit. 7 or so? We aren't allowed favorites, but John held a special place in my heart! I was away at a family wedding when he passed. I will always treasure the time I had with him. The Stanard family has had a profound impact on my life and it has been a priveledge to be a part of it. To me, Rocco stood for everything a man, father and grandfather should be. His values show in his children who always remind me that friends and family should be first and foremost in our lives. My deepest sympathy to Betty and the rest of the family for your loss. He was a fine man and someone I looked up to.
