To Stephanie and her family - my deepest sympathy. Mr. Starks must have been a wonderful man - he helped raise a wonderful daughter!

To the Starks Family, I would like to give my sincere condolences on the passing of Mr. Starks I grew up on Ingomar and Mr. Starks was always kind to us.

I LOVED MR. STARKS! I worked with him at the Cleveland Heights Library and he was a great guy - generous, kind, and hilarious! Plus he made a mean BBQ sauce, its secret he guarded with his shaking fist. He'll be missed!
