Not only was John a talented guitarist, he always was kind enough to explain musical structure behind the playing making him a good teacher as well.

Always looked forward to jamming with John on Sundays. He was easy to get along with and always had guitar playing knowledge to share. Am grateful for the times we made music together and was always impressed with his kind personality.

Sandy, I just ran across this. So sorry for your loss. I hope you are doing well.

John was one of the best cousins to have! He was like a big brother to me sometimes. He had a loving and big heart. A great sense of humor, and I loved the twinkle in his eye when he teased us. You will be missed, but we know we'll see you in heaven!

Very sorry to hear of Johns passing. He will be missed in the local music community.

John was a fine musician and one of the nicest people I've ever met. I'll definitely miss jamming with John!!

A wonderful, caring and great co-worker who willingly shared his knowledge with others. I can still see his face when he spoke about you ~ the `loves of his life´. May God´s arms surround you and provide you peace as you mourn the loss of his physical presence in your life.
