Not sure what to say?

I love the memory of Jack & Cissy with hiking sticks in-hand, walking trails in Lonesome Valley, enjoying nature & one another's company. An inspiring couple. An inspiring family.

My deepest condolences to the family and friends. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure when it fills your heart with love and brings you joy. May you find comfort in Jesus promise of the hope of everlasting life on earth at John 6:40.

Jack Stevens was the ideal role model for how to live a worthwhile, caring life that makes the world and those around him better. He helped so many in need. He used his professional skills in ways that showed all people matter. North Carolina is a better place because of Jack Stevens.

My most sincere condolences for your loss. May the wonderful memories you shared together in life with Jack bring your family peace, and may our almighty God, Jehovah give you the strength to endure this very difficult and painful time ~ 2 Thess 2:16,17

Sincerely,

I was honored to know him and he will be missed in so many ways in his beloved Asheville. I send sincere love and peace to his wonderful family.

Absolutely, one of the finest gentlemen I have ever known. Our community, and the entire country, is a sadder place with his loss. My prayers are with all whom Jack touched.

A treasuered man of our community leaves us and his absence is a deep sadness. Few people make the world a better place but that is what Jack did. He, Cissie and the Stevens family remain a treasure always in the history and life of Asheville.
